The terms that apply when you book wedding services or accommodation with SRH Wedding Stories. Last updated: July 2026.
Bookings & Confirmation
Wedding services and accommodation bookings are confirmed on receipt of the agreed advance payment. Enquiries via WhatsApp, phone or the website form do not constitute a confirmed booking until acknowledged by our team.
Payments
An advance is required to reserve dates for wedding services and rooms. The balance is payable as per the schedule agreed at the time of booking. Prices quoted are valid for the dates and scope discussed.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling terms depend on the notice period and the service booked, and will be shared clearly at the time of booking. Wedding dates in peak season may have stricter terms owing to high demand.
Accommodation Rules
Guests are requested to maintain the peaceful, family-friendly atmosphere of our properties. Check-in and check-out timings, occupancy limits and ID requirements will be communicated with your booking confirmation.
Photography & Deliverables
Delivery timelines for edited photographs, films and albums are shared at booking and depend on the package chosen. Raw footage policies and the number of edited images are defined per package.
Liability
While we take every care in delivering our services, SRH Wedding Stories is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including weather, temple schedule changes or force majeure.
Intellectual Property
Website content, branding and portfolio imagery belong to SRH Wedding Stories or the respective families and may not be reproduced without permission.
